DataCheck's innovative Risk Index, a product of comprehensive research, sophisticated algorithms and collaboration with the best professional experts, gives an initial indication of the risks associated with engaging with the entity being tested, whether it is a person or a company.
The index ranks various risks in various sectors, including but not limited to insolvency proceedings, severe restrictions recorded on the Bank of Israel, Writ of Execution proceedings, legal cases, liens registered in the name of the entity being examined, the nature of the subject's occupation or business and the sector in which the entity being examined operates, and so on.
In the calculation of the index, every negative indication detracts from the subject's score, that begins with 1000. Unambiguous indications gain greater weight than uncertain indications, with positive indications might raise the subject's score.
After considering all the indications, the algorithm calculates the entity being scored, with the maximum score, 1000, indicating a very low risk of engagement with the entity being examined, while the lowest score, 1, indicates a very high risk in such an engagement. In addition, to make it easier for the average user, the system encodes the various risks by color, with each score between 1 and 450 constituting a red risk (i.e., high risk), each score between 451 and 675 constituting an orange risk (i.e., moderate risk), and any score between 676 and 1,000 is a green risk (i.e., low risk).
In addition, in each report you will be able to use the conclusions and recommendations of DataCheck AI, in accordance with our professional risk index, tailored to the nature of your specific engagement with the subject.
Please note, that the risk indicator constitutes a warning light and a kind of red flag for the subject, but does not have any legal significance, beyond illustrating the conclusions graphically and clearly to the user. Furthermore, if negative indications are found, we recommend a more rigorous pre-engagement check, but these indications do not unequivocally indicate deficiencies in the conduct of the entity under review, and it should not be concluded that any engagement with the entity under review will be devastating or unsuccessful. On the other hand, even a report clean from negative indications cannot be an assurance that communicating with the entity under review will be a successful engagement, without any difficulties.
In addition, we emphasize that the data collection is done by both automated bots and by talented analysts, but the risk index calculation is done behind the scenes, automatically and transparently, without human intervention.
